  A manhunt is underway for man who shot a Granite City Police Officer multiple times. Officers in Granite City, Illinois, responded to a call regarding a unwanted subject near the 2000 block of Johnson Road at 2:20 p.m. on Friday, December 5th. Upon arrival, officers attempted to make contact with the suspect. The suspect opened fire on officers before fleeing the scene.  Unfortunately, one officer was struck multiple times. The officer was rushed to a St. Louis University Hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery.  A massive manhunt is now underway to locate the suspect. Authorities warn the public that the man is considered armed and dangerous. Terrorists Release Names Of 11 Freed Kaduna-Abuja Train Attack Victims 

The names of the 11 released Kaduna-Abuja train victims have been released.

Terrorists had abducted over 60 train passengers in March 2022 but released the Managing Director of the Bank of Agriculture a few days later.

They also released a pregnant woman who was abducted alongside other victims.

However, on Saturday 11, 2022, the terrorists released five males and six females whose names were given below;
Amina Ba’aba Mohammed
Rashida Yusuf Busari
Jessey John
Hannah Ajewole
Amina Jibril
Najib Mohammed Dahiru
Hassan Aliyu
Peace A. Boy
Danjuma Sa’idu
Gaius Gambo

One other boy whose name was not released was among those released.
