 TROOPS APPREHEND SUSPECTED TERRORIST COLLABORATORS, FAMILY OF ISWAP FINANCE CHIEF SURRENDERS, RECOVER LOGISTICS ITEMS Troops of Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) have continued to sustain pressure on  terrorists through series of intelligence-led operations that resulted in the arrest of suspected terrorist collaborators, the surrender of the family members of a senior ISWAP commander, and the recovery of terrorist logistics items. In one of the operations conducted on 27 July 2026, troops of 5 Brigade arrested six ISWAP collaborators in Damasak, Borno State. Preliminary investigations revealed that the suspects were allegedly generating funds for the terrorist group through the procurement and sale of cattle at designated markets in Gubio, Damasak and Ajuwango. Items recovered from the suspects included one Volkswagen Golf vehicle, vehicle keys, four mobile phones of different brands, cow meat and the sum of ₦317,950.00. 2021 RECRUITMENT EXERCISE: SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES TO CHECK APPLICATION STATUS ON RECRUITMENT PORTAL, PRINT INVITATION SLIP 


•As Documentation Commences July 23, 2022 

The Nigeria Police Force invites candidates who participated in the medical screening exercise of the 2021 recruitment exercise of Ten Thousand (10,000) Police Constables into the service of the Nigeria Police Force to check their recruitment status on the recruitment portal, www.policerecruitment.gov.ng. 

Successful candidates, thereafter, are advised to print out their Invitation Slip and proceed to the Police Training College/School indicated against their names. The training exercise for successful candidates commences on Monday July 25th, 2022.  

The Force, while congratulating successful candidates, encourages them to check the recruitment portal for further information and directives that would aid their preparations in reporting for training. They are equally enjoined to note that the documentation of new recruits in the Training Colleges/Schools opens on Saturday , July 23, 2022 and closes on Sunday, July 30, 2022. Any candidate who fails to report within the specified period would be considered to have declined the offer.
