 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. GOV. UZODIMMA CHARGES SOUTHEAST APC PARTY STAKEHOLDERS ON FLAWLESS WIN TOWARDS 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS


The Governor of Imo State, His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma has charged members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on a flawless win in the upcoming 2023 General Elections.

His Excellency stated this during the APC South East Zonal Stakeholders' meeting held today, at Rockview Hotels Owerri with notable party stalwarts from the region in attendance.

Speaking one after the other, the leaders expressed conviction of victory at the poll and encouraged all party faithful to form a united front ahead of the 2023 General Elections.

Among other Party Chairmen and Leaders who spoke, the Imo State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), McDonald Ebere Ph.D, outlined the numerous giant strides of the Shared Prosperity Government, their strategies as well as the achievements of the party on ground.

He further stressed the need to focus the campaign on purposeful governance to the people.
