 NAF DEEPENS COMMUNITY IMPACT AS CAS COMMISSIONS SCHOOL ASSEMBLY HALL AND FLAGS OFF MEDICAL OUTREACH IN BEERI, RIVERS STATE The Nigerian Air Force (NAF), on 11 December 2025, commissioned a Special Intervention Project (SIP) in Beeri, Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State, as part of its sustained commitment to community development and strengthened civil–military relations. Executed by Air Vice Marshal BL Keenam (Rtd) under the directive of the Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), the initiative underscores the NAF’s people-centred approach to national development through impactful and sustainable social interventions. The intervention comprised the construction of a 500-seating capacity School Assembly Hall at Beeri High School and the flag-off of a 3-day medical outreach for residents of the community. POLICE ARREST KUJE PRISON ESCAPEE IN SANGO OTA OGUN.


One of the Kuje Correctional Center escapees was on Monday 11th of July 2022 arrested by operatives of Ogun state Police Command.

The escapee, 28year old Yakubu AbdulMumuni was arrested following an information received by policemen at Sango ota divisional headquarters that, the convict was sighted somewhere around Sango Ota. 

Upon the information, the DPO Sango ota division, SP Saleh Dahiru quickly moblised his men and moved to the area where the convict was apprehended.

He confessed to the Police that he escaped from Kuje Correctional Center on the 5th of July 2022, when the Center was attacked by bandits. He stated further that he was convicted by Kogi state High Court for offence of Conspiracy and culpable Homicide and sent to Kuje Correctional Center.

Meanwhile, the commissioner of Police, CP Lanre Bankole has ordered the State Criminal Investigation Department to facilitate the transfer of the convict to Correctional Center with immediate effect.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
