Anne Schedeen, ALF star who played Kate Tanner, dies at 77 Anne Schedeen, best known for playing Kate Tanner on the NBC sitcom ALF, has died at the age of 77. Her family said she “passed peacefully” in a statement shared Sunday, adding that she died surrounded by the legacy of her life and work. A cause of death was not disclosed. In their tribute, her family described Schedeen as someone with “creative energy,” sharp humor, and a deep love for her family, storytelling, and rescue dogs. They remembered her as a strong presence in their lives, saying her memory would live on through her artwork, handmade creations, and “joie de vivre.” They also asked loved ones to honor her by supporting Habitat for Humanity in lieu of sending flowers. Her longtime agent confirmed her death and said she meant “the world” to both her family and her professional circle. My Husband Is A Different Kind Of Leader -Mrs Soludo

Anambra Governor's wife, Mrs Nonye Soludo has said that her husband, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, is a leader who believes in getting the right results without compromising the etiquette of corrective governance.

Mrs Soludo, who was speaking in Awka, noted that her husband's administration operates a different administrative precept, both in articulating policies and implementing them, a trait that has always defined his work ideology.

She stated that from the early days of his political ambition, Professor Soludo had built a streamlined vision of what he wants for the new Anambra State, including an articulated leadership system that disrupts to develop. 

The governor's wife pointed out that having spent close to thirty years with her husband, she was confident in his plans for the State, and his constant search for the right development inputs to better the lots of Anambra State.

Mrs Soludo further stated that the present administration has plans for a dream state, that every resident would look back to and take huge pride in, explaining that the current development pattern spearheaded by her husband would be remembered in history.

She also appealed to ndi Anambra to maintain the existing support wave for the current government in order to help it reach the desired altitude.
