 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. 11 Passengers Travelling From Imo To Kano Burnt To D£ath Along Enugu/Port Harcourt Expressway 

Eleven passengers traveling from Owerri, Imo state to Kano state were burnt to d£ath after a Toyota Hiace bus they were traveling in, got involved in an accident on Sunday, October 30.

The spokesperson of the Enugu state police command, DSP Daniel Ndukwe, who confirmed the accident said the Hiace Bus with registration number KTG 41 XD, conveying twelve (12) passengers, rammed into a broken-down and stationary Howo Sino truck, at Akegbe-Ugwu, along Enugu/Port-Harcourt Expressway and burst into flames.

Ndukwe said the impact led to Eleven (11) of the travelers suffering severe burns before emergency help could get to them. He said they were taken to the hospital and confirmed dead by doctors on duty.
