 TROOPS OF OPERATION WHIRL STROKE ARREST HIGH PROFILE CRIMINAL IN BENUE COMMUNITY Troops of Operation WHIRL STROKE arrested a high-profile suspected criminal during an intelligence-driven operation in Agasha Village of Guma Local Government Area, Benue State, following a report of an attack on a local resident. The operation was launched on 13 March 2026 after security agencies received credible information regarding an attack on Mr Shaapera Seeta Michael in Agasha Village. Acting swiftly on the report, troops of the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Intervention Battalion XI deployed under Operation WHIRL STROKE mobilised immediately to the affected area to track down the suspect responsible for the assault. Upon arrival, the troops cordoned the area to prevent the suspect from escaping while conducting a targeted search operation aimed at identifying and apprehending the alleged attacker. Linking Tinubu To Lekki Shooting Is Political - MC Oluomo 

The chairman of Lagos State Parks and Garages management committee, Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo, has said that connecting the killing of EndSARS protesters to the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, is faulty, given he’s not capable of giving such orders.

MC Oluomo made this assertion on Sunday during a rally, he organised in Lagos, to show support for Tinubu and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Tinubu is not the Chief of Army Staff who can order the shooting of EndSARS protesters and he also questioned the whereabouts of the bodies, where they are buried and why the families of the deceased were not coming out to inquire about their relatives.

He said, "Where are the bodies and where are they buried? Do they have relatives in Nigeria? Has Nigeria bribed the mothers of the deceased protesters? Why are their siblings not searching for them, even on social media? Or is Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu a Chief of Army Staff or President who will order the killing of protesters at the (Lekki) Tollgate?"
