 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. POLICE PRESS RELEASE

Dr. Fred Ekpa Ayokhai 53yrs, Emmanuela  Ayokhai 18yrs, Bob Praise Ayokhai 23yrs and Saint-Dan Ayokhai 21yrs were today, October 26, 2022 arraigned at High Court 1, Nasarawa State before Justice Aisha Bashir-Aliyu, the Chief Judge of Nasarawa State on six (6) count charge of Criminal Conspiracy, House Breaking and Criminal Force or Assault to woman with intent to outrage modesty, Kidnapping and Inflicting Physical Injury on another.

The Offences listed above are punishable under Section 97 of the Penal Code Law of Northern Nigeria, Section 3(1) & 4 of the Nasarawa State Kidnapping (prohibition) Law, 2019, Section 268 (2) & 354 of the Penal Code Law of Northern Nigeria and Section 3 (1) of the Nasarawa State Violence Against Persons (prohibition) Law, 2019.

The case has been assigned to High Court, Obi for trail while the suspects have been remanded in prison custody pending formal arraignment.
