 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. ANAMBRA POLICE WANT VICTIMS OF THE CURRENT RAPE IN A HOSTEL SHOULD MAKE AN OFFICIAL REPORT.(PHOTO).#PRESS RELEASE.

Anambra State Police Command wishes to state that there is no report/record as being peddled by some online media and national dailies tagged *seventeen persons injured and nine female students raped in a hostel*. However, the command not wanting to join issues urged the victims of the incident (if there is any) to come forward with information that will help the Police to embark on investigations.

Also, members of the public should be guided as serious cases of this nature should be reported to the closest police station than resorting to social media. This will enable the police to do preliminary findings before embarking on a proper investigation.

Given the above, the publication is mischievous/false, unconfirmed, and poised to cause tension and bring the state to disrepute, kindly disregard, please. The Command also warned the peddlers of this information to desist from it, or will not be spared if apprehended.
