  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. PRESIDENT BUHARI REJOICES WITH PASTOR PAUL ADEFARASIN AT 60

President Muhammadu Buhari shares in celebrations with the Prelate and Metropolitan Senior Pastor of House on the Rock, Paul Adefarasin, on his 60th birthday, January 25, 2023.

The President joins family members, friends, congregants of House on the Rock and well-wishers in felicitating with the spiritual leader, who has dedicated his life to propagating the gospel of Christ, and serving humanity, especially with The Rock Foundation.
 
President Buhari believes the Bible teacher has expanded in influence and leadership within the country and beyond, with accompanying goodwill, mentoring other preachers and ministers who have sustained the peace and love of Christianity.

As the Convener and Host of The Experience, an annual gospel concert, turns 60, the President notes the role of the church in infrastructure development, particularly in the health and educational sector.

The President prays that the Almighty God will continue to bless Adefarasin with good health, strength and wisdom, and remember his family, especially his co-labourer and wife, Ifeanyi.
