 Kebbi Govt Donates 10 Hilux Vehicles to Boost Security on Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway  The Kebbi State Government has handed over 10 brand-new Hilux vehicles to the Federal Ministry of Works to strengthen security for personnel working on the Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway project. The vehicles were formally received by the Minister of State for Works, Bello Muhammad Goronyo, who praised Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasiru Idris (Kauran Gwandu), for the donation. Goronyo described the gesture as a clear demonstration of the state government’s commitment to protecting workers and contractors on the strategic highway corridor. He explained that the vehicles will be deployed exclusively to security operatives providing cover for construction teams along the section of the super highway passing through Kebbi State. The Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway is a multi-state infrastructure project aimed at improving connectivity and economic activities across northern and southern Nigeria. More...

ACTOR CHARLES KIMBROUGH HAS PASSED AWAY AT THE AGE OF 86.(PHOTO).

“MURPHY BROWN’S” 

CHARLES KIMBROUGH HAS PASSED AWAY AT 86.


He died a month ago but the news just broke on the internet.

He played anchor “Jim Dial” in every episode of the show’s 10 seasons and appeared in a few episodes of the re-boot as well. 
His son confirmed to “The New York Times” that his father passed away January 11th in Culver City. 
Kimbrough received an Emmy nomination for his role on the show. Years earlier, he received a Tony nomination as part of the original cast of the musical, “Company.”
He also worked as a voice actor, most famously playing the gargoyle, Victor, in Disney’s animated “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.”
I was lucky enough to interview him back in his “Murphy Brown” days.  I remember him being a very nice man.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
