 Press Release: Every Hisbah Officer Is a Peace and Security Ambassador in His Community. Kano State Governor Alh.Abba Kabir Yusuf has reaffirmed the determination of his administration to ensure security and peace  for the protection of lives and property across the state. The Governor, represented by the Commissioner for Religious Affairs, Sheikh Ahmad Tijjani Sani Auwal, made the commitment during a stakeholders meeting on the contribution of shari'a sector institutions toward promoting peace and security in Kano State. The meeting was organized by the Kano State Hisbah Board and held at the Coronation hall Government House, Kano. He emphasized that security is a collective responsibility and urged the Hisbah Board to focus more on providing intelligence reports to conventional security agencies, rather than limiting efforts to moral enforcement alone. WOMEN AFFAIRS COMMISSIONER, OBINABO, SEALS FIAT MISSIONARIES COMMUNITY CHILDREN'S HOME IN NKWELLE

Anambra State Women and Social Welfare Commissioner, Hon. Ify. Obinabo has sealed off Fiat Missionaries Community Children's Home Nkwelle for not complying with the provisions of the law in running an orphanage home.


This she did after a tip off from a whistle blower notifying the ministry that the operator of the home has opened a new branch without due registration and authorization 


On getting to Fiat Missionaries Community Children's Home Nkwelle, the women and social welfare boss also discovered that the mode of operations in the home was substandard.


Speaking immediately after sealing the home, Hon. Obinabo through her Senior Social Welfare Officer, Mr Obiora Onunkwo stated that more homes will be closed in coming months if community home operators fail to comply with the provisions of the law in running orphanage homes. 


He noted that the aim is to send a strong warning to defaulters to desist forthwith or face the consequences of their actions. 


The sealed home is a branch of Fiat Missionaries Community Children's Home Onitsha.


Mr. Ilo Favour Udochukwu, Executive Assistant to Mr. Governor on Women and Social Welfare; Mr. Chukwuma and some security operatives were among the team that sealed off the home.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
