 TROOPS OF OPERATION WHIRL STROKE ARREST HIGH PROFILE CRIMINAL IN BENUE COMMUNITY Troops of Operation WHIRL STROKE arrested a high-profile suspected criminal during an intelligence-driven operation in Agasha Village of Guma Local Government Area, Benue State, following a report of an attack on a local resident. The operation was launched on 13 March 2026 after security agencies received credible information regarding an attack on Mr Shaapera Seeta Michael in Agasha Village. Acting swiftly on the report, troops of the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Intervention Battalion XI deployed under Operation WHIRL STROKE mobilised immediately to the affected area to track down the suspect responsible for the assault. Upon arrival, the troops cordoned the area to prevent the suspect from escaping while conducting a targeted search operation aimed at identifying and apprehending the alleged attacker. NAKONDE MAN BURNS HIS STEP SON TO DEATH BECAUSE HIS MOTHER COOKED BEANS INSTEAD OF MEAT



A 25 year old man of Nakonde has burnt his two year old step son to death because his mother cooked beans instead of meat. The meat and beans was bought by the wife using her money and she made a meal time table and put meat on Sunday. Her husband who has never bought food for the family for the past one year, wanted to eat meat on Friday but was annoyed after he found beans in the plates. He decided to punish his wife by pouring hot water on his step son who was sleeping. The baby cried uncontrollably before fainting, 30 minutes later he died. He was put to rest today Sunday in Nakonde. So sad. May the Soul of the Innocent Boy Rest In Eternal Peace!
