  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. I pray before performing on stage, my team knows not to mess with my prayers – Davido

Superstar Nigerian singer, Davido, has disclosed that before every performance on stage, he makes sure to pray.

The singer covered the latest issue of Forbes’ Afrobeats All-Star; Pioneering The New Global Sound.

He said he learned a lot from his dad, Chief Adedeji Adeleke, stressing that he is humble, principled and a staunch Christian.

The ‘Unavailable’ crooner said he inherited his father’s steadfastness in prayers.

He said, “I learned so much from being around my dad, watching him in the office, hearing him on the phone, seeing how he handled life. He’s very humble, principled and a strong Christian. Before I step on any stage, my team knows not to mess with my prayers.”

Davido said he initially hid his music career from his family because the goal was to go to school, graduate and then work for his dad.

He added that his career has been so blessed, stressing that his reason for signing artists was not to make money from them but to see them grow and be part of their successes.
