 Terrorists, banditry activities in Northwest have reduced – Shehu Sani Shehu Sani, a former Kaduna Central Senator, has disclosed a decrease in the activities of terrorists and bandits in the Northwest. Sani said the recent killings of some top terrorists’ leaders could have been responsible for the decrease. Posting on X, the former lawmaker wrote: “In the last few weeks, there is a noticeable decrease in terrorist and banditry attacks and kidnappings in the North Western parts of this country. “The elimination of some of the top terrorist leaders must have been responsible.This is commendable and should be sustained.” In the past weeks, notable bandit leaders have been killed in the North. Those eliminated include- Haliru Kachalla Sububu or Buzu, Kachalla Tukur Sharme (killed by rival gang), Sani Black, another prominent bandit leader, killed along with his brother and two children, Kachalla Makore, Kachalla Mai Shayi Kachalla Tsoho Lulu and Mai’Yar Gitta. Lionel Messi to leave PSG

Paris Saint-Germain forward, Lionel Messi, is set to leave the club at the end of the season.

This claim was made by respected ESPN journalist Martin Alvaro.

According to Alvaro, Messi’s happiness is in Barcelona Football Club and the Argentina World Cup star could make a return to the Spanish La Liga giant this summer.

Messi, 35, is yet to sign a new contract with PSG and the chances of him making a return to Barcelona are increasing by the day.

His contract with the French Ligue 1 champions will expire at the end of the season.

Speaking on Messi’s situation at PSG, Alvaro told Sports Centre EPSN, “Messi is going to leave Paris. They never understood that they had the best.

“Leo’s happiness is in FC Barcelona and even if he has to play for free, he will try to find it.”

Messi joined PSG in the summer of 2021 from Barca after the Catalan club failed to renew his contract due to La Liga regulations.

Barcelona hierarchy has since expressed their desire to bring Messi back to the club once his contract with PSG expires.
