Plans are underway by Catholic Diocese of Gboko under the leadership of Most Bishop William Avenya to set up a standard Radio station in Gboko to cater for the information need of the town, state and Nigeria at large.

The yet-to-be commissioned station will be known as "Radio Maria Gboko" and work is in top gears in other to complete the task at the appropriate time.

Radio Maria Studio is Located at "Villa Emmanuel Annex, GRA, Gboko" 

At this point it is worthy to note that Bishop William Amove Avenya of Gboko Diocese is doing exceptionally well in many ramifications of preaching the gospel and ensuring that it
reaches the ends of the earth (Matthew24:14, 28:19).

It could be recalled that under Bishop William Avenya, Gboko Diocese can boost of a Standard Hospital "St John's Hospital Gboko", an "Orphanage Home in Gboko", a Propose "University under construction at Vandeikya", and an "Online Radio Station" just to mention but a few.
