  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. NECO Reschedules 2023 National Entrance Examination into Suleja Academy.

The National Examinations Council NECO has rescheduled the twenty twenty three entrance examination that is being conducted for the gifted and talented children into Federal Government Academy Suleja in Niger state.

It has been sifted from Saturday the thirteenth of this month to Saturday the tenth of June this year.

This is contained in a statement issued to Newsmen in Minna by the Head of Information and Public Relations, Azeez Sani.

Mr Azeez Sani explained that the Examination was rescheduled to enable more candidates register for the examination following request by some stakeholders for an extension of the registration period.

He further said the Federal Government Academy Suleja is a training ground for moulding the gifted and talented children of Nigeria targeted at achieving the desired objective.

He stated that it provides enormous opportunities for outstanding gifted students to develop their potentials in the interest of nation building and technological advancement.

According to him, the Students benefit from Federal Government scholarship such as tuition fees, external examination fees, boarding, feeding, uniform and basic textbooks.

Mr Azeez Sani added that registration of the candidates will continue till the new date of the examination, while candidates, parents, guardians and other relevant stakeholders are enjoined to take note of the new date for the examination.
