  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. Over 400 Intending Nasarawa Pilgrims Stranded At Abuja Camp

Over 400 hundred intending pilgrims from Nasarawa State are said to be stranded at the FCT Hajj Camp, Abuja. 

The stranded intending pilgrims according to a stakeholder, Mallam Buhari Sani, may miss the 2023 hajj exercise if nothing is done to airlift them before the closure of Saudi Arabia's airspace. 

He said they were earmarked for the 4th flight but were told that the aircraft to ferry them developed technical problems and currently undergoing repairs. 

Sani who berated the management of the state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board over the situation appealed to Governor Abdullahi Sule to come to the aid of the affected intending pilgrims. 

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) had allocated 1,567 slots to the State for this year's exercise. 

The first flight ferried over 560 intending pilgrims from the State to Saudi on May 25. Hours later, second and subsequently the 3rd flight took off. 

Meanwhile, the management of the Board assured that efforts are being made to ferry the remaining intending pilgrims and appealed for calm.
