 An Indiana man has been arrested when a toddler was found suffering from frostbite and hypothermia after neighbors reported the child was wandering around in only a diaper. Police in Greenfield, Indiana, were called to the Prairie Meadow apartment complex at approximately 3 p.m. on Monday, December 15th. They had received reports of a toddler "wandering around the complex in only a diaper while outside temps were a freezing 13 degrees".  When officers arrived, they quickly located the toddler and placed them in a warm vehicle until EMS arrived. It would soon be discovered that the child was suffering from hypothermia and had frostbite on their fingers and toes. After making sure the child was safe, officers began to investigate the scene. They were able to locate footprints that seemed to indicate the child had been walking around outside for quite a while. Over 400 Intending Nasarawa Pilgrims Stranded At Abuja Camp

Over 400 hundred intending pilgrims from Nasarawa State are said to be stranded at the FCT Hajj Camp, Abuja. 

The stranded intending pilgrims according to a stakeholder, Mallam Buhari Sani, may miss the 2023 hajj exercise if nothing is done to airlift them before the closure of Saudi Arabia's airspace. 

He said they were earmarked for the 4th flight but were told that the aircraft to ferry them developed technical problems and currently undergoing repairs. 

Sani who berated the management of the state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board over the situation appealed to Governor Abdullahi Sule to come to the aid of the affected intending pilgrims. 

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) had allocated 1,567 slots to the State for this year's exercise. 

The first flight ferried over 560 intending pilgrims from the State to Saudi on May 25. Hours later, second and subsequently the 3rd flight took off. 

Meanwhile, the management of the Board assured that efforts are being made to ferry the remaining intending pilgrims and appealed for calm.
