  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. Takalafia Holds Mass Burial For Residents Killed By Unknown Gunmen

Gunmen suspected to be fulani herdsmen wreaked havoc on Takalafia community and environs in Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State. 

The pastor in-charge of the community's Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), Rev. Daniel Danbeki and other residents were gruesomely murdered by the assailants during the attack on Thursday night which lasted till early hours of Friday May 12. 

Properties of the residents including foodstuffs worth millions of naira were also destroyed by the assailants. 

Neighbouring communities namely Gwanja and Angwan Bege according to reports were also attacked. 

Other residents of the communities who are predominantly Gwandara, Mada and Yeskwe among others also sustained various degrees of injuries. 

The Executive Chairman of Karu Local Governnent Area, Mr James Thomas who visited the community on Saturday condemned the attack in totality. 

Thomas represented by his Deputy, Mr Lawal Yakubu Karshi who warned the residents against reprisal vowed to arrest the perpetrators in order to face the full wrath of the law. 

Mass burial was held for the deceased victims in the community.
