 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  Anambra boy to represent Nigeria at global chemistry event 


A student of Premium Breed Secondary School, Nnewichi Nnewi, Anambra State, Favour Chigozie Nwadinobi, has emerged as the overall best in Chemistry in Anambra.


As a result, he has become one of the six finalists to represent Nigeria at the 2023 International Chemistry Olympiad holding in Switzerland.


Nwadinobi competed with students from over 600 schools in Anambra to emerge as one of the finalists to represent the country.


In his speech, Nwadinobi attributed the achievement to God, his teachers and his dedication to studies.


Welcoming the team in her office at the State Secretariate Complex Awka, on Friday, the state Commissioner for Education, Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh, restated Nwadinobi’s feat was a demonstration of the State Government’s unwavering commitment to providing Anambra students with every opportunity to excel academically at both national and international levels.


Chuma-Udeh commended Nwadinobi and the School for their outstanding performance while emphasising the importance of continued dedication and hard work.


She enjoined them not to rest on their laurels as the state would eagerly anticipate an outstanding performance at the Olympiad.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
