 Kaduna Targets ₦120bn IGR In 2026 — KADIRS Chairman   Kaduna State has set an Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) target of ₦120 billion for the 2026 fiscal year, with the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) expected to play a central role in achieving the target. The Executive Chairman of KADIRS, Jerry Adams, FCTI, FNIM, FCE, CNA, disclosed this during the Service’s Annual Performance Review, Work Plan, and Strategic Retreat.  He explained that although the state government approved ₦74 billion as KADIRS’ official revenue target, the Service raised its internal benchmark to ₦80.09 billion to motivate staff to exceed expectations. He further stated that the proposed 2026 budget by the Kaduna State Planning and Budget Commission stands at ₦117.28 billion, with KADIRS expected to generate ₦74.28 billion, while Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) are projected to generate ₦43.24 billion. Governor Soludo Commissions Steel Plant In Awkuzu 



Governor Chukwuma Soludo has reaffirmed his resolve to encourage industrialization in Anambra State by providing an enabling environment for businesses to thrive in the state. 

The Governor gave the assurance at Awkuzu, Oyi local government area, while commissioning an  indigenous steel plant, Milton Steel Manufacturing Company Limited.

The Governor who assured to create a conducive environment for industrialization said the first step is provision of power supply which already in the works to provide 24hour supply in the state. 

While assuring to remain focused in the business of providing good governance to ndi Anambra, Governor Soludo maintained that he remains the Chief marketing Officer of everything "Made in Anambra" adding that the best way to create jobs is to promote local manufacturing. 

He promised to continue doing what he can as a government to create enabling environment for industrialization to help achieve industrialized and tech driven economy.

He commended the founders for the bold step assured his support to help the industry grow.

One of the Directors of the Company and Member-Elect Representing Oyi Constituency at the state House of Assembly, Mr Innocent Ojike in his address said that their interest is to create jobs, wealth and grow the economy of the state.

He thanked Governor Soludo for his efforts in repositioning the state for the better and promised their support.

The Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr Ernest Ezeajughi, Commissioner for Industry, Mr Christian Udechukwu, other government functionaries attended the event.

The commissioning of the complex and unveiling of the plaque led to the climax of the event.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
