 Trump announces Hamas disarmament and Israeli troop withdrawal agreement under Gaza ceasefire plan   President Donald Trump announced Thursday that Hamas has agreed to a plan to disarm and that Israel will withdraw its forces from Gaza as part of a U.S.-backed ceasefire framework. Trump described the agreement as a major step toward creating a new Palestinian government in Gaza that would work with the newly established Board of Peace to oversee the next stages of the plan. The president said the agreement would also provide Israel with increased security by preventing Gaza from being used as a launching point for future attacks. Details of the agreement were limited, and neither Israel nor Hamas immediately released statements responding to Trump’s announcement. The Board of Peace said Hamas had agreed to a roadmap for moving forward with the next phases of the ceasefire after months of negotiations. Gov. Zulum Celebrates Return of Peace as NYSC Opens Orientation Camp Maiduguri After 12 Years Of Closure.

~Borno Chief Judge administered the Oath of allegiance to Corps Members.

Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum attend the NYSC Orientation Camp swearing in of Corp members posted to Borno state at the temporary NYSC Orientation Camp Arabic Teacher college Maiduguri.

The NYSC state coordinator in his remarks thank the Executive Governor of Borno state and the stakeholders for efforts put in place and working with the NYSC management to see NYSC Orientation Camp resume in Borno state after the 12 Years of the closure now the orientation camp has been Reopened for activities this is indeed shows that peace has gradually return to Borno state. He charged the Prospective Corp members to be diligent in their PPA to serve their father Land.

Gov. Zulum in his address Thanked Almighty Allah for witnessing this remarkable day of Reopening of the NYSC Orientation Camp in Borno state after 12 years of closure of the camp due to insecurity and today NYSC Camp activities have resumed in Borno State, This is a clear indication that peace has returned  to the state. He also acknowledged the bold step taken by the Corp members posted to Borno state who come down to the state for their mandatory youths service, "We welcome you all and Borno is a place for hospitality and the state has been enjoying peace, Borno state government has continues paying corp members their state allowance without any issues he wish them successful service year in Borno state".
