  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  APC Vows To Arrest Anyone If They Protest, Disrupt President Tinubu UN Outing


The APC said Nigerians living in US must be wary of a planned protest ahead of President Tinubu’s visit to the United Nations General Assembly on September 20.


The United States chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has stated that any Nigerian who “disrupts” the visit of President Bola Tinubu with protests “will face arrest and prosecution to the fullest extent of the legal framework.”


The APC said Nigerians living in US must be wary of a planned protest ahead of President Tinubu’s visit to the United Nations General Assembly on September 20.


Tinubu is expected to address the 78th Session of the high-level UNGA General Debate at the UN headquarters in New York.


He will be the fifth African leader to speak on day one of the gathering, according to the list of speakers released by the Office of the General Assembly President.


The President’s proposed visit has however generated mixed feelings with some Nigerians in the Diaspora saying they would resist his coming.


Reacting in a statement issued on Tuesday, the Chairman of the United States chapter of the APC, Prof. Tai Balofin, claimed that a suspended party member, Adesegun Labinjo, was allegedly masterminding the rally.
