  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. Coco Gauff wins first U.S. Open trophy

Coco Gauff came from one set down on Saturday to defeat Belarussian Aryna Sabalenka to clinch her first US Open title.
The 19 year-old American defeated the 25 year-old woman who will become World No. 1 on Monday 2-6 6-3 6-2.
Gauff will be the 10th teen to win the U.S. Open women’s singles championship — and the youngest American to claim the title since Serena Williams won in 1999 at the age of 17.
With the win, Gauff also became the first American to win a U.S. Open title since Sloane Stephens in 2017.
She clinched the U.S. Open trophy in her second Grand Slam final, the first in the French Open.
Some other young female winners of the U.S. Open were:
Tracy Austin who won in 1979 at 16 years, eight months and 28 days; Martina Hingis won in 1997 at the age of 16 years, 11 months, eight days; while Monica Seles won in 1991 at 17 years, nine months and five days.
