 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.  Gov. Yusuf Sacks Commissioner, Adviser Over Unguided Utterances 


Kano State Government has disassociated it self from unguided utterances made by the commissioner of lands and physical planning Alhaji Adamu Aliyu Kibiya, and Special Adviser on youths and sports Alhaji Yusuf Imam,  which were disrespectful to the judiciary and the vice president senator Kashim Shettima.


The Commissioner of information Alhaji Baba Halilu Dantiye Disclosed this during an emergency media breifing held in Kano.


He said following the unguided utterances Made by the commissioner and SA on Youths  Aliyu Yusuf Imam , they have been relieved from their appointments with immediate effect. 


Alhaji Baba Halilu Dantiye said Kano state government have respect for the judiciary and the vice president , henceforth no government official should talk on any issue outside his ministry of parastatals.


He urged the people of the state to always be law abiding and respect rule of law.


Radio Nigeria recalled that the sacked officials made the unguided utterances in a video clip which went viral on social media , which they allegedly threatened the lives of the election tribunal judges , and uttered disrespectful words to the Vice President kashim Shettima
