  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. Pastor Dies As Church Building Collapses In Benue 


A pastor with the Dunamis Church in Markudi, Benue State, was said to have died after the church building collapsed during a prayer session. 


The sad incident happened on Monday. 


Four others, who were with the pastor when the building collapsed, reportedly sustained varying degrees of injuries. 


Confirming the sad incident to journalists on Tuesday, the Commissioner of Police in the state, Bartholomew Onyeka, said, "Something like that happened, just one person died in the process. 


"You know when debris falls on people like that, the immediate reaction is what happens to the victims. So, people who rushed there were able to rescue four people; unfortunately, one person died. 


"The injured persons are responding to treatment in a hospital where they were taken to.".

Gov Alia storms site of collapsed building, blasts Dunamis leadership


The Governor of Benue State, Fr Hayicnth Alia, has slammed the leadership of the Dunamis International gospel centre for erecting a substandard structure.


Yhe church caved in the early hours of Tuesday, killing the resident pastor, Ahmed Sunday and injuring others.


Speaking when he visited the site, the Governor expressed disappointment that he did not meet any of the leaders of the church on ground.


He said the building was poorly constructed and would be revoked.


He said the leader of the church should know the law.
