 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  Ghanaian Jollof has no flavour – Chef Hilda Baci


Popular chef, Hilda Baci, has joined the Ghanaian jollof vs Nigerian jollof debate.

Baci said Ghanaian jollof, “has no flavour and that Nigerian jollof is better.

The former Guinness World Record holder said she has tasted both Ghanaian and Nigerian jollof and can confirm that Nigerian jollof is the best.

Speaking in the latest episode of the 90s Baby Show, Hilda said, “Nigerian jollof is actually better than Ghanaian jollof.

I’ve been to Ghana and I’ve eaten their jollof. I’ve done a jollof competition with a Ghanaian chef who made his best representation of Ghanaian jollof and I’ve seen the recipes.

But with Nigerian jollof, Nigerians don’t play about flavour.”

Recall that Hilda Baci defeated Ghana’s Leslie Kumordzie to win the Jollof Face-off Competition in 2021.

She received $5,000 prize money for the feat.
