  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. NSCDC LAGOS STATE COMMAND RESTATES COMMITMENT TOWARDS ANTIVANDALISM OF OIL PIPELINES AND OTHER ASSETS AND INFRASTRUCTURE, PARTICIPATES IN OPERATION SECURED LINE TO PROTECT NNPC PIPELINES.


In a bid, to further restate its commitment towards fighting vandalism of oil pipelines and other critical national assets and infrastructure and end all forms, of economic sabotage in the country, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps ( NSCDC ), Lagos State Command has once again demonstrated, its unwavering integrity, by its tangible and resourceful presence, aimed, at participating in the clearance operation, of the Armed Forces code named, "Operation Secured Line," which covers some corridors of Lagos and Ogun state, respectively. 

The NSCDC, Lagos State Commandant, Commandant of Corps Usman Ishaq Alfadarai, MFR, fdc was ably, represented, by Assistant Commandant of Corps Abdullahi Jubril Musa, Head of Antivandal Unit, at the aforementioned, operation, which was flagged off, today, Friday, 10th November, 2023, by Rear Admiral Mustapha Bala Hassan, the Flag Officer Commanding, Western Naval Command. Security Agencies and stakeholders present at the Flag off were the NSCDC, the Nigerian Army, Navy, Airforce, the Department of State Security, the Nigeria Police Force, and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Officials.
