 Unknown individuals looted palliatives at our Owerri rally – City Boy Movement An empowerment programme organised by the City Boy Movement, a support group for President Bola Tinubu, descended into disorder on Saturday when a large crowd surged forward and looted items intended for distribution to beneficiaries across Nigeria's South-East region. The event, held at Heroes Square in Owerri, marked the official launch of the Renewed Hope National Tour and the City Boy Movement South-East Youth Tour and Empowerment Programme on March 14, 2026. It aimed to provide support to young people, market traders, and vulnerable individuals from Abia, Anambra, Imo, Ebonyi, and Enugu states.  Biden Mourns 15 Killed In Prague University, Says Shooting Senseless


The United States president, Joe Biden, and the US government have condemned the unprecedented attack at the Prague University that left at least 15 people dead and a dozen injured on Thursday. 


Biden, in a tweet shared on his official X handle (formerly Twitter), sent his condolences to the families of those affected, calling it a senseless shooting. 


Biden stated that the US authorities were in touch with Czech law enforcement, and the United States government was willing to offer additional support if needed. 


According to multiple sources, the 24-year-old Czech student (name withheld) allegedly shot dead his father before going further to kill 14 others and injure 25 people. 


The tweet read, "My heart is with those who lost their lives in the senseless shooting in Prague, those injured, and the Czech people. 


"Our authorities are in touch with Czech law enforcement, and we stand ready to offer additional support if needed." 


However, the Czech government has declared a day of mourning across the central European country for December 23 to remember the victims.
