  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  Northern Lawyers Forum Reacts To Killings At Tudun Biri Community


The Concerned Northern Lawyers Forum has expressed worry over the recent airstrikes on innocent civilians which resulted to loss of many lives and others injured at Tudun Biri Community in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State.


Addressing newsmen on behalf of the forum, Barrister Nafi'u Abubakar expressed the resolve of the legal fraternity in Northern Nigeria to support the affected victims and their families, and to also ensure that justice is served, and rights of the victims are protected.


He appealed to the Federal Government to take immediate and decisive action to ensure a thorough and independent investigation into the incident, while preventive measures are put in place to forestall future re-occurrence of the incident.


Barrister Nafi'u Abubakar also called on the military to exercise utmost caution to avoid further instances of collateral damage and civilian casualties.


Also speaking, Barrister Aliyu Usman Hajji disclosed that over 600 Northern lawyers have volunteered to pursue legal action until justice is served to the Tudun Biri victims.


The forum extended its condolences to the families who lost their loved ones and vowed to work tirelessly to pursue legal means to claim compensation owed to the victims.
