  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  Release Nnamdi Kanu, we’ll celebrate you, Igbo youths beg Tinubu


Coalition of South East Youth Leaders, on Saturday, appealed to President Bola Tinubu to release the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu from DSS custody.


COSEYL President General, Goodluck Ibem, said in a statement, on Saturday, that it would celebrate President Tinubu if he orders Nnamdi Kanu’s release from DSS custody.


According to the statement, “President Tinubu has before now been an advocate of the rule law and respect for court orders which informed his decision to be part of NADECO which fought against military junta and dictatorship.


“The unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu will prove that President Tinubu says and stands by what he professes and fought for in the past during the military era.


“The entire southeast geopolitical zone is waiting earnestly to receive their son Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as the Supreme Court decides on his matter on 15 December 2023.


“We will celebrate President Tinubu for upholding the rule of law and respecting the Court judgment by releasing Nnamdi Kanu from DSS custody.”


The group said that the insecurity in the southeast would stop with the release of the IPOB leader.
