 LAWMA SCALES UP ENVIRONMENTAL ENFORCEMENT, SEALS DEFAULTING MARKETS, SHOPS IN IKOTUN-IGANDO … Issues Fresh Compliance Notices Along Ojuelegba-Lawanson-Itire Corridor The Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) has intensified its ongoing environmental compliance enforcement across Lagos, sealing markets, shopping complexes and commercial premises along the Ikotun-Igando axis, while issuing notices of intention to seal markets, shops and plazas along the Ojuelegba-Lawanson-Itire corridor. The enforcement exercise, carried out on Saturday by LAWMA's Project WISE West team, targeted commercial premises along the LASU-Igando Road corridor in Alimosho Local Government Area, following persistent indiscriminate dumping of refuse on the road median despite repeated default notices, sustained environmental advocacy and notices of intention to seal. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has tied the knot with his partner, Oliver Mulherin. 


OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has tied the knot with his partner, Oliver Mulherin. The 38-year-old tech influencer and Mulherin, an Australian software engineer, exchanged vows surrounded by palm trees and a small group of guests at an undisclosed tropical beach location, as seen from photos circulating on social media. 


Altman later confirmed the news to NBC. Last year, Altman brought Mulherin with him to a White House dinner in honor of PM Narendra Modi where other tech leaders like Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Apple CEO Tim Cook also were invited as guests. 


New York Times had earlier reported that Altman and Oliver Mulherin share a house on Russian Hill in the heart of San Francisco. But as Friday arrives, they move to a ranch in Napa, California. Mulherin, Altman's spouse, shares his time between San Francisco and a ranch in Napa, California.
