 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean.  Fire Of God Will Consume Those Messing Around With Our Traditional Rulers – RCCG Church Overseer, Pastor Adeboye


stor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has called down the “fire of God” to consume the killers of traditional rulers in Nigeria.


The respected cleric, who said this while reacting to the killing of two traditional rulers in Ekiti State by gunmen suspected to be Fulani herders, said that those trying to mess around with traditional rulers in the country would not know peace as the monarchs were anointed.


Pastor Adeboye during the church’s monthly Holy Ghost Service programme tagged, “From The Mountain Top” said, “The fire of God will consume all those trying to mess around with our traditional rulers.


“Because as far as God is concerned, traditional rulers are anointed.”


The cleric's reaction came following the escalating insecurity in the country, with the recent killing of three traditional rulers in the Southwestern region of the country within four days.
