President Tinubu meets Labour leaders over proposed protest: President Bola Ahmed Tinubu met with the leadership of the NLC, along with the chairman of Progressive Governors Forum, Hope Uzodimma,  Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo and Governor of Kebbi State, Dr Nasir Idris and the Minister of State Labour, Honorable Nkeiruka Onyejeocha. The chairman of the NLC,Comrade Joe Ajaero led the Labour leaders to the meeting on Tuesday night at the State House, Abuja. ACCORDING TO ANOTHER SOURCE: President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday night held a meeting with the leaders of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) as part of last-minute efforts to stop plans by the Labour union to embark on a strike action over the growing insecurity across the country.  ‘Feminism practised in Nigeria is witchcraft’ – Tacha


Big Brother Naija reality show star, Natacha Akide, popularly called Tacha, has said the feminism practised in Nigeria is witchcraft.


The reality star said this in her latest interview while addressing her fight with Mummy Zee.


Tacha had earlier in an interview on her colleague, Phyna’s podcast, spoken about Mummy Zee, the woman that became popular for waking up by 4:30 am daily to cook for her husband.


A social media user had mentioned to Mummy Zee that Tacha was insulting her on a show and Mummy Zee responded; “that one wey no get sense.”


Reacting to her, Tacha who found the woman’s comment disrespectful, went hard on her in a series of social media posts.


However, addressing the controversy during her trending interview with popular media personality, Chude Jideonwo, Tacha denied the X user’s accusation, stating that she was defending Mummy Zee on the show.


While also explaining her own feminism, Tacha described that of Nigeria as witchcraft.


“So, I was literally praising this woman on my show, saying why was feminist trolling her because I love feminist then.


“I was like the feminism you people practiced in Nigeria is witchcraft because when you are supposed to come out you people won’t come out but for the wrong things you just hate men in general. That’s not what I practiced.”
