 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. GOV. SANWO-OLU ATTENDS THE NATIONAL DIALOGUE ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL FUTURE OF NIGERIA IN HONOUR OF PROF. BEN NWABUEZE, HELD AT NIIA, VICTORIA ISLAND, MONDAY, 18 MARCH, 2024

 


During the National Constitutional Dialogue organized by The Patriots, in honour of the late renowned constitutional lawyer, Prof. Ben Nwabueze, I, along with many others, advocated for a new Nigerian Constitution emphasizing true federalism. 


We called for devolving power to the states and urged the National Assembly to establish a legal framework for a constitution determined by the Nigerian people. 


I highlighted the need to address anomalies and stressed the importance of making effective changes. I expressed my willingness to work towards creating a constitution that reflects the aspirations of the Nigerian people, honoring the legacy of Prof. Ben Nwabueze and his lifelong dedication to this cause.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
