 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. Jasmine Okafor, the adopted daughter of John Okafor better known as Mr Ibu, has opened up about her crashed marriage.


The socialite, in an interview with Chude Jideonwo, revealed that her marriage fell apart over her husband’s numerous lies. She claimed that her husband had lied to her that he was 38 years old, meanwhile, he was 51 years old.


She further revealed that during their courtship, her husband told her that he had never married nor had he gotten any lady pregnant, but all these were lies.


Jasmine said she found out about his real age on their wedding day.


“Mr Ibu’s daughter, Jasmine has revealed that her husband told her he was 38 yrs old but she found out he was 51 yrs old on their wedding day.


“This guy told me he has never married in his life, or gotten a lady pregnant, in fact, he told me he was 38 years old. The day I found out that my husband was 51 years, old was on our wedding day”.
