 The Defence Headquarters says troops eliminated over 100 terrorists, arrested 345 terrorists, and rescued 393 kidnapped victims in the month of July. The Director, Defence Media Operations, Major General Michael Onoja, stated this during the monthly Defence Media Operations briefing at the Defence Headquarters in Abuja. Major General Onoja added that during the period under review, 57 terrorists surrendered, over 1,000 arms and assorted ammunition were recovered, 18 illegal refining sites were destroyed, while 250,500 litres of stolen crude oil and refined petroleum products were recovered. Speaking further, Major General Onoja, on behalf of the Chief of Defence Staff, General Olufemi Oluyede, reaffirmed the Armed Forces' commitment to the protection of lives and property nationwide, and their resolve to ensure that kidnapping, terrorism, secessionist agitation, and other forms of criminality are purged from society.

An American man has caused outrage by revealing how he broke his 5-year relationship with his girlfriend, despite her being perfect.


He took to his TikTok account, @scarfacemark, where he is being strongly criticized for his video.


They had been together for 5 years, and he says she is a wonderful woman and every man’s dream.


She used to give him her car when he was broke, pay for his meals and bills , and hold him down when he wasn’t well off.


Despite her kindness, he couldn’t bring himself to love her, thus the relationship had to stop.


He believes that while she was wonderful, she was not perfect for him.


The young man decided to break up with her and move on to someone else whom he might genuinely love.


Admittedly, she has elevated his expectations of what he looks for in a woman, and while he may not meet someone precisely like her, he is eager to find someone else with whom he may fall in love.
