 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. MALI DEFEATS SUPER EAGLES IN AN INTERNATIONAL FRIENDLY MATCH IN MOROCCO. (PHOTO).

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have crumbled to 0-2 defeat to Mali in an international friendly match played at the Grande Stade de Marrakech in Morocco.

It was a bad day for Nigeria as they recorded no shot on goal throughout the duration of the match.

The Malians opened the scoring in the 18th minute of the match through El Bilal Toure, who plies his trade at Atalanta in Italy.

Cyril Dessers missed a chance to equalise for the Eagles and he threw the ball away: it was Nigeria’s best chance of the match so far in the second half.

Also, Kelechi Iheanacho with a brilliant attempt forced the Malian goalkeeper to make a superb save in the second half.

Kamory Doumbia scored the second goal for Mali in the 87th minute to ensure that the Eagles had no chance of coming back.
