 President Trump awarded inaugural FIFA Peace Prize at World Cup draw in Washington  Gianni Infantino, the FIFA President presented the honour onstage at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, saying Trump had been selected “in recognition of his exceptional and extraordinary actions to promote peace and unity around the world”. “This is your prize, this is your peace prize,” Infantino said, after Trump took the stage to accept the trophy, a medal and certificate. “There is also a beautiful medal for you that you can wear everywhere you want to go.”   FIFA says the prize is for “individuals who help unite people in peace through unwavering commitment and special actions”.  Accepting the award, Trump called it “one of the great honours of my life”, before claiming to have “saved millions and millions of lives – the Congo is an example, over 10 million people killed and it was heading for another 10 million very quickly.  Don’t run when EFCC invites you – Cubana Chief Priest tells Nigerians


Popular socialite Pascal Okechukwu, aka Cubana Chief Priest, has urged Nigerians not to evade the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.


He said operatives of the anti-graft agency don’t manhandle suspects, adding that they only “investigate and prosecute.”


He noted that the EFCC would always catch those who run away from invites or resist arrest regardless of where they hide.


The socialite praised the hospitality of the agency, stressing that they serve three-square meals in their cell.


On his Instagram page, Cubana Chief Priest wrote: “The Eagle will always fly so high to catch you wherever you hide.


“No need to run when @officialefcc invites you, just pull up and answer them, they don’t bite, they don’t beat, they only investigate and prosecute. For their cell, toilet & bathroom dey, even breakfast, lunch & dinner is served so tell me why are you running.”


Cubana Chief Priest was recently arraigned before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court, Lagos, by the EFCC on a three-count charge bordering on abuse of the Naira.


He was, however, granted bail for N10 million with two sureties in like sum after pleading not guilty.
