 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.  EPL: ‘Unbelievable’ – Guardiola hails three Man City players after 0-0 draw with Arsenal


Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has hailed three of his players following their impressive display against Arsenal on Sunday.

Guardiola said the likes of Rico Lewis, Manuel Akanji and Rodri were unbelievable against the Gunners.

Both teams got a point each at Etihad Stadium after the match ended in a barren draw.

Speaking after the game, Guardiola said as quoted by Man City’s website:

“Rico, Manu, Rodri were unbelievable. The second balls against Arsenal are really important.

“The chances they have in first half, they press really well. In the second half, I couldn’t expect more.”

He added: “I recognise the intention we had. We take the point and in nine games we see what happens. The only thing we can do is to refresh mind and legs and go into Aston Villa.”
