 STATEHOUSE PRESS RELEASE   President Tinubu Reconstitutes the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission   President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the reconstitution of the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), following the Senate's confirmation of its members on December 16.   Members of the reconstituted Board are:   • Mulisiu Olalekan Oseni, PhD. — Chairman   Dr Oseni started his service as a Commissioner in January 2017. He was subsequently appointed Vice Chairman of the Commission.   His appointment as Chairman took effect from 1 December 2025 and shall subsist until the completion of his ten-year tenure at the Commission, in accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2023.   • Yusuf Ali, PhD. — Vice Chairman   Dr Ali was first appointed as a Commissioner in February 2022. HERO POLICE DOG RESCUES MISSING 3-YEAR-OLD IN FLORIDA. (PHOTO).

 Hero police dog rescues missing 3-year-old in Florida. 


The missing boy was reported to police at around 11:30 a.m. on March 29th. In a very short time a massive search was underway, using all available assets.


One asset however was up to the task and performed like a champ. With just a whiff of the child's blanket, Midnight (a police search dog) was off into the woods. His handler Corporal Clark couldn't keep up through the thick vegetation. Clark stated, "he was dragging me through the woods like he just wasn't going to stop." 


Clark noticed Midnight was cutting himself up while making his way through the thick undergrowth. He realized Midnight was going to get there much faster on his own and he let him go.


By the time Corporal Clark caught up to Midnight he was licking the little boys face and excitedly wiggling all around the young child. 

Clark says Midnight looked up at him as if to say, "hey I got it, here it is."


The toddler was quickly returned to his anxious parents and officers on scene gifted him a teddy bear.


Great job Midnight, such a good boy!
