 TROOPS OF OPERATION WHIRL STROKE ARREST HIGH PROFILE CRIMINAL IN BENUE COMMUNITY Troops of Operation WHIRL STROKE arrested a high-profile suspected criminal during an intelligence-driven operation in Agasha Village of Guma Local Government Area, Benue State, following a report of an attack on a local resident. The operation was launched on 13 March 2026 after security agencies received credible information regarding an attack on Mr Shaapera Seeta Michael in Agasha Village. Acting swiftly on the report, troops of the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Intervention Battalion XI deployed under Operation WHIRL STROKE mobilised immediately to the affected area to track down the suspect responsible for the assault. Upon arrival, the troops cordoned the area to prevent the suspect from escaping while conducting a targeted search operation aimed at identifying and apprehending the alleged attacker. The sister of late Nollywood make-up artist and actress, Bukola Iyabo Osadare has recounted Funke Akindele’s good deeds to her late sister.


In the wake of claims of Funke Akindele always abandoning her staff, Bukola’s sister debunked it as she recounted how Funke Akindele spent over N16 million for her sister’s first and second operations. The filmmaker didn’t stop there, she directed them to a place in Ikeja to pick up medication worth N500k-N600k each week and also sponsored her and her late sister to the UK.


She described the box office Queen as a good person as she was the one who made her sister live for seven years before her death.
