 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  Every year the Met Gala brings together an incredible crowd of fashion designers, models, and the brightest stars of music and film in celebration of the Costume Institute’s latest exhibition. “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion,” is this year’s show, and it draws from the Costume Institute’s own permanent collection to highlight the multi-sensory experience of wearing clothes. “Fashion is one of the most emotional artistic forms because of its connection to the body,” Andrew Bolton, Wendy Yu Curator in Charge of The Costume Institute, explained in a recent interview. “It is imbued with memory and emotions, and we relate to it very much via our senses. One thing I hope this show will activate is that sensorial appreciation of fashion.”

On the 2024 Met Gala red carpet, it is co-chairs Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, and Chris Hemsworth—all of whom can be frequently found on best-dressed lists—that will be setting the tone for the evening. This year’s dress code, “The Garden of Time,” promises a myriad of interpretations, which are sure to yield many looks that surprise and delight. Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
