 Teddi Mellencamp bravely showcases brain surgery scars as she battles stage 4 cancer: 'Sick of the wigs' Teddi Mellencamp, former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, recently shared a vulnerable photo on Instagram showing the scars from her emergency brain surgery as she continues her battle with stage 4 melanoma.  Diagnosed in 2022, the cancer later spread to her lungs and brain. Although doctors confirmed last October that the disease was “gone,” she is not officially considered in remission.  Mellencamp has been documenting her recovery journey, including her hair regrowth, and asked followers for advice on how to style her short locks now that wigs no longer fit comfortably.
