 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo.  Kaduna Revenue Service Cracks Down On Businesses Over Unpaid Taxes, Seals Liberty Radio/TV, Millennium Hotels, Others


In a bid to bolster revenue collections and ensure tax compliance, the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service has taken decisive action against several businesses with significant tax arrears.


The crackdown saw the sealing of various business premises across the state.


Among the establishments affected are Liberty Radio/TV, Martaba Millennium Hotels, and others, which were found to have substantial unpaid taxes. 


The sealed premises include Admiralty Naval Suites, Bijo Surgical & Scientific Limited, Zedvance Finance Limited, Big City Event Centre, Deluxe Suites, TXTLight Power Solution, Lek Dental & Maxillo Facial Hospital, Martaba Millennium Hotel, Azaka, and Enyo Filling Station. Each of these businesses was cited for its respective tax liabilities, ranging from thousands to millions of Naira.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
