The ruling marks a major milestone in the reality star's quest for closure after what she previously described as the most terrifying ordeal of her life. Accountability Over Compensation The nominal sum awarded to Kardashian is exactly what she had requested from the court. In a joint statement with her stylist, Simone Harouche who was also present during the heist and received a matching 1-euro award Kardashian emphasized that the legal battle was never about money. A STATE IN THE U. S, PASSED A BILL WHICH PROVIDES CASTRATION AS AN OPTION TO SEX CRIMES AGAINST MINORS. (PHOTO).

 Louisiana legislators pass a bill which would give judges the option of surgical castration for S/O charged with crimes against children under 13.


The Legislature in Louisiana passed a bill on Monday which would provide the option of surgical castration to offenders of aggravated sex crimes against minors.

If Governor Jeff Landry signs the bill into law, Louisiana will be the first state to have such a law. 


There are some states such as Texas, Florida and California which allow for chemical castration. However this new law in Louisiana, if passed, opens up a whole new era in punishments within the criminal justice system. 


The bill received overwhelming support from both Louisiana's House of Representatives and Senate therefore it isn't hard to guess what the governor will do when it comes across his desk.
