 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. Elon Musk has publicly voiced his support for former President Donald Trump following a concerning incident at a Pennsylvania rally.


The tech mogul stated on Saturday via X, “I fully endorse President Trump and hope for his rapid recovery.”


This endorsement comes in the wake of a dramatic event during Trump’s campaign appearance on Saturday.


The Republican candidate was evacuated from the stage after what sounded like gunshots were heard at the rally.


Videos now circulating on social media suggest that Trump was sighted with blood on his right ear as security personnel quickly surrounded him.


The former president was then hurriedly escorted off the stage, raising his fist to the crowd as he departed.
