 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.  John Cena announces he will be retiring from WWE


WWE legend John Cena has revealed when he will be retiring from in-ring competition.


Appearing at WWE Money in the Bank in Toronto, Canada, the 16-time world champion announced that he will retire from the sport in 2025.


Cena disclosed that the 2025 Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas would be his last.


Donning a ‘John Cena Farewell Tour 2025’, the WWE legend said, “I’ve been in the WWE for over two decades and in that time, I’ve seen incredible waves of prosperity like we got right now. WWE is the hottest ticket in town, no doubt, but I have also seen true hardship, that’s when no one knows your name, nobody wants to be your friend and only the most dedicated and hardcore fans stand by your side.”


He added that he wants to be involved when Raw moves to Netflix in January.


Cena made his WWE debut in 2002. However, since 2018, he has adopted a more part-time role in the company to focus on his movie career.
