 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.  Yahoo Yahoo: ‘EFCC cracking down on internet fraudsters because of their lifestyles’ – Portable


Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has claimed that the extravagant lifestyles of internet fraudsters are the main reason the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, is cracking down on them.


He explained that the internet fraudsters abandoned their parents in poverty to live luxurious lifestyles with fraud proceeds, which attracted the attention of the anti-graft agency.


Speaking in a video message shared via his Instagram account, Portable said, “Why won’t EFCC arrest the youths when they are doing Yahoo, using iPhone 15 and lodging in hotels, but their mothers are selling akara [bean cake] and their fathers are suffering.”


He, however, urged the anti-graft agency to properly investigate before making arrests, stressing that not everyone living a luxurious lifestyle is into internet fraud.
