 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. A LADY ARRESTED AFTER HER 3-YEAR-OLD WAS FOUND INSIDE OF A CAR WITH HET DECEASED BOYFRIEND. (PHOTO).

 Steelville, Missouri woman arrested after her 3 year old was found inside of a car with her deceased boyfriend while she was reportedly in a different nearby location "acting out of her mind". 


Deputies in Crawford County were alerted to a very disturbing occurrence Thursday at the Birdsnest River Access. The 911 caller informed dispatch that they had found a deceased man inside of a car with a small child. The man went on to say that he and his wife had removed the child from the car and were caring for it.


When Crawford County deputies arrived on the scene, they discovered 46-year-old Eric DeClue deceased inside of the vehicle. His cause of death is not known at this time. However deputies found evidence consistent with smoking methamphetamine inside of the vehicle.


A short time later, the child's mother 32-year-old Anna Windle, was located attempting to scale an embankment on the Meramec River. She was disoriented and didn't know where she was. It appeared she had fallen from the embankment some time earlier.


When questioned, Windle eventually was able to tell deputies her and Declue had been on a drive and were smoking meth when she became sick. She stated she doesn't remember anything after that.


The child was placed in the custody of a responsible family member.


Anna Windle was arrested and is being charged with first degree endangering the welfare of a child.
